新口號”Powered On Site”展現出SATO的承諾,即經由親自到客戶網站瞭解問題本質並提出能夠改善營運的建議,從而提供跨越供應鏈為不同行業帶來創新。

「 ∕ 」有菱有角的商標設計象徵挑戰者對於未來的前進動力與精神,而大膽的”on site”則意味著SATO在實際前往客戶現場瞭解情況時所承受的壓力。
