It offers an intuitive user experience with its 4.3” full-colour touchscreen, efficient printing with its one-touch media profile selection and IoT smart printing with the onboard Application Enabled Printing technology and SATO Online Services.

Using Application Enabled Printing (AEP) within printer, user is able to connect printer with peripheral devices such as barcode scanner, keypad, etc. for PC-less printing which saves cost and space.

Proactive preventative maintenance

CT4-LX-HC supports SATO Online Services (SOS), a cloud-based IoT maintenance support service to monitor your printers 24/7. User can enjoy minimal downtime through proactive preventative maintenance.

Intuitive printer display solution using SATO's CT4-LX and CT4-LX-HC desktop printers enables healthcare operators to easily configure printer without additional programming, to display just the information relevant to clinical staff such as tutorial videos, helpdesk information and essential settings.

Shortcut buttons at the bottom of the screen allows quick access to frequently used functions and information for troubleshooting.
