The SATO Group previously released 2 announcements – initial report on 27 Feb and subsequent update on 23 Mar, to inform our stakeholders about the business impacts of COVID-19 and our responses.
In addition to the abovementioned group-level updates, I would like to assure you that SATO teams in Southeast Asia are working hard to deliver uninterrupted service to all our customers and partners during this time.
We are operating business as usual
In line with respective country’s government regulations and safety advice, we have implemented various measures such as split-team arrangements and work-from-home schemes to protect the safety of our employees and at the same time, ensure our business-critical functions continue without delay. Our account managers, customer service and technical support teams are available through phone, email or video conference as usual.
We continue to monitor the situation
With the uncertainties of the current virus outbreak, we will continually monitor the situation and provide periodic updates over the coming weeks.
